- At least 3 years of Rails experience
- Experience with Rails 6+
- Frontend:
- Bootstrap
- Stimulus.js or similar frameworks
- Scss
- Backend
- Basic Linux server support: e.g. handling of services, cronjobs, package installation
- SQL database
- Experience with social media APIs
- Experience with project management
- Experience with basic scaling of Rails applications
- Experience with hybrid mobile app development
- Experience with Stripe payment system
- Experience with Ajax
- Experience with security aspects of Rails applications
- Good German & English skills
- Conceptual design and evaluation of new features together with the team
- Independent implementation of whole features – Front and Backend
- Thematization of weak points and improvement possibilities
- Refactoring
- Analysis of supporting technologies (e.g. mobile app frameworks)
